A CHARITABLE EVENING WITH STO
STO finds it in its heart to play Zeta Psi's charity concert tonight.
A group from Zeta Psi plays around 10 - 11, and STO plays around 11 -
midnight. It's MIT's Parent's Weekend, so bring your parents. It's
also Friday the thirteenth, so on your way over don't walk under any
ladders or piledrivers.
Zeta Psi is at 233 Mass Ave (at the intersection of Mass Ave and
Windsor). Admission is free, but donations for Big Brothers and Big
Sisters will be accepted.
ALL ASIA: FREE TIBET*
(*with purchase of Tibet of equal or greater value)
STO returns to its Oriental roots--and to Mass Ave--at All Asia on
Saturday, November 11, 6:30 - 9:30 PM, featuring special guest De
Fenestra. More details to follow.
FREDERIC EBBS, ALEX FLOWS
STO says goodbye to Frederic, who has returned to his native
Switzerland after three years in the USA and one in the STO. He
apparently grew tired of the poor quality lab mice available in this
country.
At the same time, we are proud to announce the return of Alex on saxes
after his Sonny Rollins-like hiatus, during which he ran a company
manufacturing all-rubber shoes. What better preparation could there be
for a new season with STO?
NEW WEB SITE IN THE WORKS - WWW.STOMUSIC.INFO
When Fabio isn't busy designing robot operas or adapting show tunes
for solo electric bass, he's working on STO's new piece of Internet
real estate. Keep an eye out for new special features at
www.stomusic.info, like the "What's My Cosmosity Rating?" interactive
quiz and a webcam aimed at Alpha Centauri.
Thank you, and remember to listen to the Cosmo Song.
